No, accounts are totally optional.
Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking "PERSONALIZED & ADD TO CART".
You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your personalized item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Amazon payments. In rare cases we will also accept bank transfers for qualified companies.
Simply email us at hello@custofun.com or contact us via LiveChat within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number! Please also let us know the details that you want to change.
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order.
All orders begin production 24 hours within purchase. If you need to cancel or change your order please notify us within 24 hours or we will start to produce your product.

We require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it from our Hong Kong fulfillment center.

Standard Shipping
For US orders: 7-12 business days
For non-US orders: 7-25 business days
Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

Express Shipping
For the majority countries in the world, Express shipping will deliver the package to you within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. There are occasions that the delivery may take a bit longer.

Free standard shipping to over 200 countries & regions with no minimum order values.
For express shipping, free for orders over $150, otherwise the shipping fee may varies by destination and the size of your order. Shipping fees and the service provider will be shown upon checkout.

Click on "Track My Order" on the bottom of our website and enter your order number or email address. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 2-4 business days after the order is dispatched.

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each product is hand checked by a member of Team CUSTOFUN before dispatching to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) delivered, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will  work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Customized products are your unique creative expressions. Returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than CUSTOFUN error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required).
Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at hello@custofun.com. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.
